We would like to inform you of an exciting event that will take place during our World Conference 2011. “Victory Outreach Urban Stars!””

We are looking for the most talented bands, artists, rap crews, and dance crews, to compete at our World Conference 2011. We urge every region to represent by registering at least 3 contestants. The call is going out! Who will be Victory Outreach’s Urban Stars?

What is Victory Outreach Urban stars?

Victory Outreach Urban Stars is an event where we will be looking for the best talent in your Region to represent Victory Outreach International. It will consist of multi-talented people who are gifted in the area of rap, dance, band, and art.

When and where will the Victory Outreach Urban Stars take place?

Thursday June 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Los Angeles Convention Center - World Conference 2011 main auditorium.

Where do I purchase tickets to attend?

Pre-Sale Tickets will be sold beginning Tuesday June 21, 2011 at the Urban Stars Promo Booth at Los Angeles Convention Center South Hall lobby.

What are the requirements?

• All crews/contestants must have a good testimony.
• All crews have a two or three minute maximum performance to showcase their talent.
• Music can be Live or music must be in CD and MP3 format.
• Registration fee must be paid. (see below details)

How many contestants can participate?

• It is important that each crew has a minimum of 2 members with a maximum of 20 per crew. We would like to encourage each crew to get creative in their performances.

How do I register for “Victory Outreach Urban Stars"?

• All Regional Leaders who are sending their contestants must fill out a Victory Outreach Urban Stars Registration form in order to participate. Download Form Here (Pastor or Regional Leaders signature is required to participate).

Who do I send the Registration Form to?

Is there a fee for every group?

• Yes, Registration Fees are as follows:
Artist $20.00
2-3 people $40.00
4-5 people $50.00
6 -7 people $60.00
8-10 people $80.00
10 or more $100.00

How do I Register/Pay for my Crew?

• To Register your Crew you must Fax the Registration Form by June 10th.
• To pay your crews fee; Total Registration Fee payment must be made at the June 18th “Urban Stars” Audition.

When is the deadline for Victory Outreach Urban Stars Registration?

• Friday, June 10, 2011 will be the final deadline to accept Registration Forms.
